Slag Grinding Aid Agent Dedicated Experimental Study

As the main blending material of the cement and slag cement，GGBSnot only can improve the performance of the cement and slag cement，butalso be helpful for recycling. Slag can be grinded by Vertical grindingmachine generation GGBS. However，In the grinding process，the largerof hardness and great of Specific surface area，Slag-grinding is harderthan cement. Therefore，We grind slag needs more time. So in the actualproduction process，Grinding slag is very difficult.As the chemical addition，A small amount of grinding AIDS canreduce or eliminate the resistance between the slag, greatly increase theslag grinding efficiency, and can reduce energy consumption. So，atpresent，in the process of GGBS grinding，we will add a certain amountof grinding AIDS to improve the grinding efficiency. In this paper，westudy for slag grinding AIDS baseed on the Common cement grindingAIDSThis paper consists of three parts. In the first part，The developmentof Grinding AIDS was reviewed，including the development，application，type and the mechanism of reaction. Grinding AIDS mechanismincluding film theory，that theory，particle adsorption liquidity theory，surface can theory，the valence bond fracture theory. These theories arerepresentative.In this paper，we study the grinding efficiency of slag grindinginfluence by different content than quantity of alcohol amine，polyolscarboxylic acid，other inorganic salt and surface active agent of compositegrinding AIDS. We orthogonal experimental method is screeningappropriate materials, and identify the different raw material usage tooptimize formula. While，the research of the different slag grinding AIDSaid grinding effect, ground of GGBS quality (including the activity ofslag powder, etc), and determine the slag special grinding AIDS productformula for the best plan.
