The grinding process of cement is a high energy consumption process.Cementworkers pay much attention to decreasing the power consumption of grinding,improving the efficiency of grinding and enhancing the quality of cement.Researchingefficient suitable grinding aids have the significant effects on increasing the productioncapacity of grinders,raising the content of addition mixtures and the quality ofcement.It is an effective measure to reduce the electricity consumption and the cementcost.The purpose of this thesis is to research new efficient cement composite grindingaids.In this work,triethanolamine,lignin,ethylene glycol and tri-isopropanolamineare used as the raw materials for unary,binary,ternary and quaternary preparation.Therepresentative clinkers,addition mixtures,cement have been selected for industrialverification experiment.The effects of grinding aids acting on properties of cementhave been systematically summarized and analyzed.The research results draw thefollowing conclusions:Adding appropriate amount of grinding aids in the cement grinding,can improvethe specific surface area,ameliorate cement composition and particle size distribution,and improve the each age strength of cement.The grinding effect of triethanolamine was studied. Results indicate thattriethanolamine can play a role in improving the cement fineness and increasing thegrinding efficiency and strength of the cement mortar.Triethanolamine can improve thegrinding efficiency for the high silicate mineral content clinker and slag and fly ashcomposite materials.Compound grinding aids can offset the deficiency of monomer.The physical properties of the cement tend to be more reasonable when the compound grinding aidswas used.High-performance compound cement grinding aids can play a role inincreasing the grinding efficiency and strength of the cement mortar.When the raw material and working condition of grinding machine are notchanged,the production capacity per grinder can be increased by11.7%,and theaddition mixtures can be increased by5%,the electricity consumption can be reducedby3.8kW·h/t.The widely use of new type of high efficiency grinding aids can save theclinker,reduce the production cost.It has the greatest impact on industrial energyconservation and emissions reduction....
