Background and purpose:Phenol, which was used as product and intermediateproduct, becomes one of the primery pollution source of water pollution in ourcountry. In water phenol to aquatic organisms, especially fish cause serious harm. Theharm caused by phenol to hydrobios especially fishes was very strictly. This paperinvestigated the feasibility that study the molecular toxicology effect of precaution ofexperimental carassius auratus red variety CIHD to water environment using SSR.Methods:1.Reference to the national standard GB7490-87,4-AminoantipyrineAn application after distillation for enrichment spectrophotometric method was usedto detect organizations phenol content;2. Chose5lower gene polymorphism ofmicrosatellite markers in the experimental department of the carassius auratus redvariety C1HD,and set4phenol of different concentraion group(2.16mg/L、4.31mg/L、8.62mg/L、17.24mg/L) and1control group by treatment for8days, then study effectof enrichment of phenol in the body to microsatellite markers and the geneticheterozygosity (H), gene polymorphism content (PIC).Results:1. When enrichment was stable state in internal organs, after96htreatment by phenol, content of phenol in1/100LC50group and1/10LC50group was0.80±0.05mg/g and1.42±0.09mg/g, repectively; K1was0.03mg/gd and0.04mg/gd,repectively, and the content was increased while the density of phenol was increased;rate of residue in releaseing experiment was23.13%and13.57%, respectively, and K2was0.03mg/gd and0.06mg/gd, respectively.2. Beneficiation of phenol inexperimental carassius auratus red variety CIHD could increase the the geneticheterozygosity (H) and gene polymorphism content (PIC). The crest value of geneticheterozygosity was H=0.13±0.19, in1/2LC50group, at8thday, and the crest value of gene polymorphism content was PIC=0.42,in1/8LC50group, at2edday.Conclusion:1. The content of phenol that beneficiated in the experimental carassius auratusred variety CIHD was increased gradully with extending of time of using narcotics,and by contrast to low concentration group, high concentration group reached thestable state of beneficiation forword; the content of phenol in experimental carassiusauratus red variety CIHD decreased gradully with extending of time of release.2. Beneficiation of phenol in experimental carassius auratus red variety CIHDresulted in increasing of the genetic heterozygosity (H) and gene polymorphismcontent (PIC).3. SSR could be uesd in studying the effect of molecular toxicology toexperimental carassius auratus red variety CIHD by phenol.
