In the oil field of domestic and international, for example, oil exploration, drilling for oil and so on, all of them contain a number of high-tech research projects. Among them many technologies are worthy in-depth study and discussion to us. In today’s projects of oil and gas development, oil and gas well perforating technology should be a very important aspect. In recent years, because of economic factors driving the market, many new perforation technologies, such as laser perforator, hydraulic perforation, etc, has made a very good development. However, due to large investments, long time-consuming operation. So has not been large-scale application in practice. Shaped perforation technology is by perforator as the core, the use of high explosive shaped charge effect. When the moment the dynamite exploded inside the bullet, liners were crushed, while producing a high extent energy density shaped jet. So in a very short period of time through perforating gun and its casing, and injection with oil-bearing rocks, and injection with oil-bearing rocks, by the role of penetration of the underground media, so that the formation and the well bore to be communication, form a favorable oil space, to communicate with oil reservoir, perforation completed. Therefore, throughout the process of perforating, project success or not, is directly related to pros and cons of perforator, so that depends on the structure quality of perforators and reasonable design of shaped charge or other factors. In the field of production engineering, perforation process takes over a lot of money, create a new type of perforation of the actual playing field experiments at higher risk, it will have a huge economic losses if it fails. Therefore, the numerical simulation study is a cost-effective research ways.As the exploration and development projects continue to explore in depth, ground and underground mining conditions and more complex, at the same time demand for perforating technology also increases. In order to improve the efficiency of oil and gas production, commonly used type of high holes density perforating gun. But when the holes number density reaches a certain level, perforation will have the shock wave with the strong impact between each other, so that is bomb interference, Drilling depth and the quality of the bullet hole is decline. Detonation wave interference between the perforator will direct impact on the efficiency of oil and gas well productivity.This paper systems analysis the process of detonation wave interference between the perforation, make theory and numerical simulation methods to combine, choose of effective analysis software, numerical simulation of its processes and simulation analysis, Decided the parameter changes of detonation wave interference between the perforator on the perforation effect. So as to optimal design of oil perforator and improve the efficiency of perforation to provide detailed data.This paper studies are:1. Use of explicit dynamic analysis program make three-dimensional simulation with two shells fired in the blast hole the formation of shaped jet.2. Numerical simulation the detonation wave interference between the two perforators at the beginning.3. Optimization method proposed to detonation wave interference between the perforator.This method is used to optimize the design of perforating charges and liners for structural optimization, for design and production of perforated shell so provide a scientific basis.
