Sintering production is a complex industry process, in the process there are many input andoutput material and process parameters, strong coupling and large delay characteristics. In theprocess, to realize from the raw material to the product of sinter output need to input a largematerial resources and output of sinter and other material, in order to improve the efficiency ofconversion of material resource improve reducing energy consumption need to optimizesintering production process, in order to promote the products of low carbon steel production,realize the harmonious development of resources and environment. Because the sintering processof its own characteristics make its lack of effective connection between process, so it is difficultto meet the enterprise of the expectations of the comprehensive production target, so this papersintering production in order to realize the comprehensive goal as the final purpose, and throughthe sintering process flow analysis and mechanism analysis, this paper puts forward acomprehensive production target for sintering stratified optimization model, and then from theAngle of complementary makings resource characteristic sets out the influence factors ofproduction goals and analyzed, and based on the specific optimization model, their main researchwork are this:(1) Through the analysis of the intelligent optimization model at home and abroad in thepresent situation of the application of sintering production in China, points out that the sinteringproduction of process optimization is scattered, sintering production of the whole flow of theresearch is not deep, requires the sintering production process further optimization discuss, forthis paper pointed out the direction of the research.(2)In sintering process, process of mechanism analysis and each production target on thebasis of analysis, put forward a kind of quality of sintering production in energy consumptionproduction process whole optimization structure.(3) Use of sintering production material operation characteristic, from the point of view ofcomplementary makings resources characteristics listed the comprehensive production target ofthe influence factors, and by using principal component analysis and the grey relational analysisto these influence factors respectively processing.(4) For sintering production target, influence factors, and layered structure optimizationmodel using BP neural network and genetic algorithm is proposed to build smart model, andfinally the result and the actual production data to the combination of sintering productionprocess parameters of coordination of the artificial.
