Sintering materials field is the place to store raw materials for iron and steel enterprises. The raw materials field covers a large area and the raw materials stored is the premise for normal production, what’s more, the production processes of the raw materials field are complex, and the production costs are high. So it is of great significance to establish an efficient operation optimization management system for sintering raw material, which could save production costs for iron and steel enterprises. At present, the operation process of sintering raw material field, especially stacker-reclaimer operation process has not been fully optimized, which causes low production efficiency and unnecessary waste of running and maintenance costs. At the same time, there exist problems such as stacker reclaimer mistakes, inaccurate data and so on. Therefore, it is very important to find a reasonable optimization management method for sintering materials field.The research of this paper is mainly about the stacker-reclaimer operation optimization model and operations optimization method, and the stacker-reclaimer operations optimization method based on analytic hierarchy process is processed, the stacker-reclaimer operation multi-objective optimization model is established, the operation optimization management system for sintering materials field is designed and developed. The main work of this paper is manifested in the following aspects.Firstly, the stacker-reclaimer operation multi-objective optimization model is established up to the targets of the shortest walking distance and the highest equipment using equilibrium rate, according to the stacker-reclaimer process characteristics, and the basis of analysis to the main factors on the stacker-reclaimer operation optimization. Secondly, an stacker-reclaimer operation optimization method is proposed based on analytic hierarchy process, as the traditional optimization methods have shortcomings and the model have problems such as multi-objective, multi-constraint and so on. Finally, take use of the characteristics of analytic hierarchy process which is suitable to solve problems that have multi-objective, multi-criteria, and each standard is difficult to quantify, the sub-target weight values of the stacker-reclaimer operation optimization model are determined, which transform the multi-objective optimization problem to a single-objective optimization problem, so that an effective stacker-reclaimer operations optimization program is provided.Based on the analysis of system software and hardware structure of a360m2sintering production line, and the actual situation of the industrial field, the operation optimization management system for sintering materials field is established. What’s more, the implementation process of application software modules, the optimization control algorithm and the data communication technology of this system are introduced. After the analysis of the actual operation of the system results, it is found that this system can realize the comprehensive optimization of procurement costs and stability of raw materials supply, and achieve the goal of operation optimization of the stacker-reclaimer, improve the production efficiency and reduce the waste of running and maintenance costs, which makes significant economic benefits.
