Abstract/Summary:
Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) Steelmaking is one of the most important parts of the ironproducing industry, the primary task of which is to provide the steel both of the temperature andelement hit the aim. Steelmaking process controlling is an important prerequisite for productiveplanning, improving steel quality and cutting down cost.Green manufacture (GM) is kind of modern manufacturing models which integrateconsideration of environmental impacting and resource consumption; it is an effective way toiron enterprises to achieve sustainable development. In order to discuss the GM using form in theBOF process, this paper gives a general analysis of BOF steelmaking process from the aspect ofcharacteristic of subsidiary material’s movement based on the metallurgical principles, then twosteelmaking process-oriented models are built on the basis of which to find new ways in energysaving and emission reduction of the BOF steelmaking process.With the resources’ least cost as the target function and subjected to the conservation ofmatter and energy, a model for optimization of charging mixing ratio which on the basis of theanalysis is established, the optimized strategy shows the scrap ratio is reduced, the enterprisesaves23Yuan and12%of the resources; secondly an optimization control model for terminalpoint is established on the basis of the analysis then find an optimal controlling strategy. Theexperimental results show the hit of the model with (ω[△C]<±0.03%) is about93.1%andwith (ω[△T]<±12℃) is about94.1%, oxygen blowing time is shorted to2.3min, thesubsidiary material savings of about15%, the results of two models proved the optimizationmethod that basis on characteristic of subsidiary material’s movement is effective and can befurther studied in later time.
