In this paper,Xinjiang Hongshanzui oilfield reservoir step deep profile for research purposes. We synthesized five kinds of crosslinking agent and the two polymers, and existing16kinds of polymer solubility and salt tolerance of evaluation,and screelling of polynlel’gel in the two salinity conditions Gelling Properties to get the best of the polymer gel system,and test the gelling properties of the polylmer gel system in the clean-up mixed with water injection.HCJ-1polymer gel system,we detailed study of the composition of the polymer structure,solution properties and their adsorption retention performance in the core, the drag coefficient, the residual resistance factor and the mechallical stability of the gel system and the thermal stability and laboratory silllulation of performance contl.01and flooding; evaluated the performance of its indoor flooding:through a lot of physical model experiments to study the injection of the transfer drive system,the injection volulme and injection time,the technical parameters of the optimized control and flooding. The findings are as follows:(1)The synthesis of high molecular weight salt type polymer HCJ-1, The aggregate to determine the optimum process parameters:total monomer concentration of20%.initiator concentration of0.15%,the monomer B content of15%,the reaction temperature is35℃and pH7,was synthesized under this condition polymerization Property intrinsic viscosity25.4dl/g.(2)Development of a hydrophobically associating salt polylller HCJ-2. Determine the aggregate of the optimum process parameters: total monomer concentration of25%AM,AMPS and hydropllobic monomer ratio of5:1:0.18, triggering dose of0.25%of the monomer,the reaction temperature was60℃and pH of8,whell the polymer intrinsic viscosity17.2dl/g.(3)Evaluation of the laboratory synthesis of the polymer HCJ-1HCJ-2and the current prqject in the application of better polynler solubility and saIt tolerance of the HCJ-1under different salinity relatively the highest apparent viscosity to determine the HCJ-1-based agent to carry out the study of the polylher gel system performance.(4)A detailed study of the general performance of the HCJ-1polynler solution, evenly branched-chain structure of the polymee main chain,was a comb.Have a stretch of the molecular structure of polymer in water alld salt water.good salt tolerance.(5)Compared the phenolic resin and crosslinker(JL-1),chromium cross-linking agent(JL-2),aluminum crosslinking agent(JL-3).organic phenol cross-linking agent (JL-4) and Zr-associated agent (JL-5) performance of the five cross-linking agent and HCJ-polymer gelling.
