Baishi Ya M18has always been planless in mining. In order to change this non-scale situation, reduce the waste of mining resources, and stick to the policy of sustainable development of natural resources, the safe and efficient exploition mining technology was studied, on the basis of site survey and existing theoretical studies. On account of the geological conditions, the most suitable mining method was chose, using the comprehensive evaluation method. Its mining process was designed. Overburden formation theory was analyzed to determine the appropriate way in this case. The stope parameters of the selected method were optimized to gain the optimal structure parameters. The underground pressure activities were analyzed and managed. The main contents of this article are as follows:(1) Finish the site investigation of Baishi Ya M18Ore, be familiar with the mine geological circumstance and mining technology conditions, obtain various parameters of the ore, and collect all the required information.(2) Classify the ore body, and elect three viable mining methods initially. Design the three programs, and calculate the main technical and economic parameters to these programs, including the overall cost of mining, production capacity, the ratio of preparation to cut, ore recovery rate, dilution rate. Put the above parameters and the degree of safety as evaluation index, and apply the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights. Then use the osculating value method to caculate the optimal mining program.The Sublevel caving mining method is the final scheme.(3) The formation of the overburden is an important work of Sublevel caving mining. Discuss the way to form covering layer, and select suitable mode of M18orebody, consolidating other mining applications. Use Sublevel stage oreroom method to recovery2980m stage of the ore body, and then caving ore and rock to be the covering layer, improving conditions for the lower part of the mining.(4) Set five different width of the stope and pillar width referring to similar mine. Use the simulation software MIDAS to build the model, simulate the displacement and stress distribution of stope roof and wall rock, when mining with segment drilling stage stope method recovery4stopes meanwhile. Analize the simulation results to determine the optimal width of the stope and pillar width to make the stope stable. Design the mining program with subparagraph drilling stage stope of this parameter, including mining preparing, cutting, drilling, blasting, mining and other process.(5) Present the principle of ground pressure, and cite the influencing factors and failure modes of the pressure activity. Analyze the stress distribution in the Sublevel caving mining process. Finally, combining the theory and practice, propose several effective measures to control the pressure activity, providing help for safe recovery.
