| The large-scale planning and construction of the high-speed railway and the sixth speed acceleration in China not only promote the rapid development of national economy, but also bring tremendous pressure to the ecological environment. The railway noise is one kind of environmental pollution which brings by the train’s high speed running, the environmental noise problems which are caused by the high speed railway have also gradually attracted the people’s attention. In the interest of decrease or avoidance for the noise pollution caused by high-speed railway, it is very significant to build the high-speed railway based on the ecology-friendly principles and develop the research on the high-speed railway noise predicting as well.A new pattern of noise predicting which adapt to the characteristics of domestic high speed railway project is quested. noise prediction and environment influence assessment method for high speed railway based on GIS is designed,and the assessment of the high speed railway environmental noise impact based on the predict result to provide some useful information in the process of alternatives selection during feasibility study, design, construction and service stage is acquired in this dissertation.Because of predicting and simulating railway noise needs processing massive data and analysis the model. And at present the predicting and simulating patterns which being used broadly and universally, are spot pattern and line pattern. Bases on the systemic analysis of the noise source mechanism of high speed railway, Combined with the advantages of the existing model,a new predicting and simulating pattern line-point pattern, its characteristic is that it can simulate the real situation of running train is established, therefore its result of noise predicting will be more approached to the actual case, and according to the predicting results, Buffer analysis of GIS is selected out as a basic method to gain a quantitative result, which gained comprehensive influence values noise. The result reflects the environmental impact degree of high speed railway line noise, which is used easily in alternatives selection.Second, not only the research of noise prediction method for high speed railway based on GIS is preliminarily established by VB6.0. But also high speed railway noise prediction analyze and prediction results inquires is realized and correctioned reasonablely under special environment in this system, thereby the visual degree of the program is enhanced and easy to operateFinally, the feasibility of noise prediction method for high speed railway is tasted on related project. |
