Along with high-speed railway construction in recent years in china.it bring with convenience as well as the disturbing of railway noise on residents along the railway. In order to understand the environmental impact of railway noise.this thesis investigated whether the noise of railway have impact on residents along the rail way, analyzed and investigated the prediction model and the insulation effect of noise barrier of railway.in order to identity the appropriate forecasting model and reasonable control measures and to provide reference information for the future railway noise control and the construction of the passenger line. The results show that besides one hour equivalent sound level, the maximum sound level should be considered as the test indicator of railway noise environmental impact assessment. It is projected that when the train reaches its maximum speed,at60m of railway centerline the railway daytime noise varies between52.5-58.6dB.Compared the prediction of noise reduction effect of two kinds common height noise barriers in Chengdu-Dujiangyan railway environmental impact report,it showed that the reduction effects of noise barriers along the Chengdu-Dujiangyan railway meets the design requirements.According to the evaluation of analytic hierarchy process, the paper took compliance rate of noise control, the consistency of noise prediction model and the effectiveness of noise reduction measures, their weights were0.6,0.2,0.2.Based on field test, the paper established the maximum sound level computational model when the train passes. The finding of this paper can provides a certain reference value for post project assessment.
