The temperature of aluminum plate is an important parameter for hot continuous rolling, which may directly affect the dimensional precision, the microstructure, the mechanical properties of the product, as well as the load distribution of rolling mill. Because hot rolling production line are usually Introduced form developed countries, the basic research on stock temperature is weak in China. In general, the control of temperature uses expensive and time-consuming method of trial and error result in large calculation errors. In order to meet the needs of hot continuous rolling line of manufacturing and technology research, this paper develops study in model of blank temperature prediction for hot rolling.In this paper, the temperature field of5052aluminum plate and the influence of single heat transfer have been studied by experiment study,FEM Inverse, simulation analysis and comparative study. The main works having been carried out are as followed:(1)The specific heat and thermal conduction coefficient of5052aluminum have been obtained by the DSC test and thermal pulse method experiment. The effects of deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation on deformation resistance were investigated by hot compression method. By means of Zhou Jihua model, regression coefficients of deformation resistance of5052aluminum has been obtained.(2)Throngh secondary development using fortran, the coupled thermal-mechanical FEM model for hot rolling was set up based on software MARC according to the theory of heat transfer and elastic-plastic theory.The approximate value of coefficient in thermal contact conductance coefficient is obtained by inverse calculation according to field data, as well as the accurate value is obtained by orthogonal test and BP neural network.(3)The influence of air cooling, emulsion, contact heat transfer, plastic deformation heat and friction heat on temperature field of aluminum plate has been studied. The simulation results show that the effect of plastic deformation heat and contact thermal conductance on thermal field is the biggest, air cooling is secondly, while emulsion and friction heat is the smallest.(4) The simulation results were agreed well with the measured result and the mean temperature difference is3.74℃,as well as the average error is1.8%. The results show that Modeling method used and the FEM model obtained are reliable, which can be used to other aluminum alloy.
