The rapid development of petrochemical industry provide plenty of cheap raw materials for the production of surfactant, which makes the world surfactant output growth, its application scope is more and more widely, almost all of the industrial field penetration. With the surfactant widely used in all kinds of fields, wastewater and waste residue which including surfactants inevitably into water, soil environment, then it causing to water and soil pollution and increasingly attention. at home and abroad. Duckweed is a aquatic plants which is more common on and widely distributed, it for breeding fast, high output, nutritional value are widely used in plant biology research and aquatic ecological toxicology research.This paper researching the object of type anionic surfactant of amylose alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium (LAS), cationic surfactant of cetyl three methyl brominated amine (CTMAB) and non-ion surfactant of alkyl phenol gather oxygen vinyl ether (OP-10), useing biomass increase, chlorophyll and peroxides(POD) activity of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza as the observation index,comp studying the different types of surfactant effects of physiological and biochemical characteristics of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza on a single and a compound cases respectively, provided the basis and the reference for the different types of surfactants influence the aquatic plant growth in the separate state and the composite state.In the individual treatment of LAS、CTMAB and OP-10, the growth, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll production of total of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza are inhibition as the increase of the concentration of LAS、CTMAB and OP-10, When the concentration of these surfactants less than1mg/L, the inhibition of duckweeds growth is less, the growth of duckweeds is rising and the change of the chlorophyll content is aslo less; when the concentration is greater than5mg/L, the inhibition of the duckweeds growth on enhanced obviously, the growth appear on negative growth, and chlorophyll content changes fluctuation is bigger also; the inhibition of the intensity of role is as follows: CTMAB> LAS> OP-10; In the same condition,the toxic effect of the same surfactant to spirodela polyrrhiza less than the toxicity of lemma aequinoctialis. After four days processing, with the increasing of the concentration of LAS and CTMAB, the POD activity of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza are the first increases then reduce,when the concentration of CTMAB is5mg/L, the POD activity of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza reached the peak, and when the concentration of LAS is10mg/L, the POD activity of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza also reached peak. In the processing of OP-10, in this experiment concentration range set, the POD activity of lemma aequinoctialis did not reach peak, but the POD activity of spirodela polyrrhiza achieved flat when the concentration of OP-10is more than10mg/L.In the Composite process of LAS+OP-10、CTMAB+OP-10、LAS+CTMAB, the strength of the toxic effect of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza is proportional to its concentration, compared with the individual treatment of LAS、CTMAB and OP-10, after the surfactant compound, the intensity of the inhibition of the grew and chlorophyll of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza are as follows:LAS> LAS+OP-10> OP-10; CTMAB> CTMAB+OP-10> OP-10; LAS+CTMAB> CTMAB> LAS. After four days processing, with the increasing of the concentration of LAS+OP-10、CTMAB+OP-10and LAS+CTMAB, the POD activity of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza are the first increases then reduce, when the concentration of LAS+OP-10and CTMAB+OP-10are10mg/L, the POD activity of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza reached the peak, compared to the control group, the peak is above29.97%、33.24%and25.24%、29.28%respectively. And when the concentration of LAS+CTMAB is5mg/L, the POD activity of lemma aequinoctialis and spirodela polyrrhiza reached the peak, respectively,its value were35.46%and32.17%higher than the control group.
