Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) has a very similar structure with Human Serum Albumin,thus, study on the interaction between BSA and other reagent can learn the interactionbetween HSA and other reagent. A method for quantitative determination of BSA has beendeveloped using Resonance Light-scattering (RLS) technique under exposing BSA toultraviolet lamp. Super-compounded molecule formation from the interaction betweenchromotropic acid2R and BSA can quench the fluorescence intensity of chromotropic acid2R-silver nanoparticles system. A method for quantitative determination of BSA has beendeveloped using Fluorescence Spectrophotometry technology basing on the change of thefluorescence intensities. Additionally, the interactions between silver nanoparticles andcationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) were studied. It was found that silvernanoparticles aggregated in the presence of CTMAB, as a result of enhancement theintensities of RLS of the system. Thus, a method for quantitative determination of CTMABhas been developed by RLS Technique. The main research contents as follows:①An obvious protein precipitation can be formed when Ultraviolet lamp irradiates theBSA solution with certain concentration. The RLS signal is a linear enhancement with theconcentration of BSA in the range of0.5-10mg/L. It is found that the intensity of RLSincreased when DNA combined with BSA. As a result, the sensitivity to determine BSAenhanced. The linear range to measure BSA is0.05-10mg/L, and the detection limit is0.01mg/L.②BSA can quenching the fluorescence of the chromotropic acid2R-silver nano-particlesystem. And the concentration of BSA have a linear correlativity within a certain scope. Thelinear range is0.02-1.00mg/L, and the detection limit is0.26μ g/L.③The aggregation formed form the interaction between CTMAB and silvernanoparticles can increase the RLS intensity of the system. The increased degree of the RLSintensity has a linear relationship with the concentration of CTMAB in the range of5.0×10-9-1.0×10-7mol/L, and the detection limit for CTMAB is4.9×10-9mol/L.
