Changsha City solid waste disposal site was under started construction in Octoberof1998, and formally put into use in April of2003.It is the only city life garbagedisposal sites in Changsha at present,so it plays an important part in treating solidwaste.The public regard it as the window of Changsha City in the work ofenvironmental protection, particularly in solid waste treatment work. In2008, thegovernment published " landfill pollution control standards" GB16889-2008, whichput forward higher requirements to living garbage leachate treatment.Originalprocessing facilities in leachate treatment plant have been unable to meet the newstandard need, therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to upgrade and transform theChangsha City solid waste treatment field leachate treatment plant.This papersystematically summarized Changsha City solid waste treatment field leachatetreatment plant about the comparison and selection of renovation project,study ofdesign results and analysis of the treatment effect.The researches were as follows:First of all,this study introduced the situation of life garbage disposal, theproblems of leachate treatment and the requirement of reformation and constructionin detail in Changsha,in the point of city life garbage disposal system, processingstatus in leachate treatment plant, reform goal and construction requirements.Secondly, through analyzing the emphasis,difficulties and the quantity and scaleof leachate, the research,which was combined with characteristics of landfill leachatetreatment project in Changsha,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of varioustypes of leachate treatment technology and briefly made a description about leachatetransformation process and the situation of process design.Finally, the study collated and researched the experimental process and resultswhich were focused on the processing capacity of post-reconstruction leachatetreatment plant, the water quality of import and export processing, treatment effectand concentrated liquid discharged into the city sewage treatment plant.Besides,thestudy demonstrated the effect of "MBR+membrane advanced treatment" technologyapplied in waste landfill leachate treatment, and provided leachate treatmenttechnology design with the important reference.
