Waste leachate composition is complex, whichs COD, BOD and highconcentration of ammonia nitrogen, poor biodegradability, microbial nutrientimbalance, processing difficulty, conventional biological treatment is difficult todischarge standards.Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new water treatment technologywhich combined membrane separation unit and the biological treatment unit.Activated sludge membrane interception that membrane bioreactor has highconcentration, the membrane bioreactor has high removal rate to COD; membranesystem long srt operation, nitrifying biofilm reactor bacteria became the dominantbacteria, has a strong effect on the removal of organic nitrogen and ammonianitrogen.This paper analyze the problem of waste leachate in the Liuzhou municipalgully as solution to biological technology, biological membrane and membranetreatment of waste leachate, study on pollutant removal efficiency, membrane foulingand cleaning.Membrane bioreactor for treatment of research showed that: activated sludgefrom sewage plant reflux pump house, the living sewage and leachate mixture,membrane bioreactor was completed by12d, the removal rate of COD is more than90%;30d of nitrifying bacteria domesticated bacteria domestication, the ammonianitrogen removal rate was stable at95%the above. Separation efficiency ofmembrane bioreactor membrane system is good, the sludge concentration is muchhigher than the traditional activated sludge process, even if the sludge load CODdifferent removal rate is still more than85%.Research shows that: in the initial stage of membrane fouling in membranetreatment in membrane surface rapidly form deposition layer, in short time the flux ofthe membrane lining to initial flux40%. When the deposition layer to reach dynamicequilibrium, the membrane flux to be slow decay at low levels. The hydraulicretention time has great effect on the attenuation of membrane flux, when hydraulicresidence time in the24-40h, attenuation of initial flux of membrane flux in10d10%.Research shows that: hydraulic membrane cleaning after cleaning the permeationproperties can be recovered to the initial flux film40%; chemical cleaning can berestored to80%. Show that the chemical cleaning is a cleaning method of a good.
