Abjective:①A flow cell(patent)was designed by the research group, which can besynchronous detected of absorption spectrum/fluorescence spectra.Using this detectionflow cell,combined with a light source,a spectroacope,a pump,basded on the detectorcell achieved synchronous real-time online absorption spectrum and fluorescencespectrum detection. Developing the absorption and fluorescence spectrum detection asone of the detection equipment (referred to as the online detecting instrument)②Theapplication of on-line detecting instrument in detecting of residues in drugs,fruits andvegetables.③The detected application of online separation and detection instrument inresidue preservative of fruits and vegetables.④online (separation)test results comparedwith conventional detection equipment,according to the test data,making an evaluation tothe online (separation) detector’s feasibility and applicability. Method:①Through thedescription of the online (separation)detector structure,operation method,and spectralfeature, understanding the function and nature of the online(separation) detection.②Thefree salicylic acid in aspirin was determinated by online detecting instrument, making aparallel control and methodological study to the testing results and the fluorescencespectrophotometric method.③Establishment of a sample preparation method: solid phaseextraction step separation,the separation of thiabendazole、0-phenylphenol and biphenylrespectively。The separation sample solution was detected by online detecting inetrumentUV-visble spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer,the test results wereused for parallel comparison and methodological study.④T he solution of sampleextraction was detected by online separation and detection instrument and highperformance liquid chromatography, the test results were used for parallel comparison andmethodological study.Results: online (separation)fiber-optic synchronousabsorption-flurescence spectroscopy detector in detecting of free salicylic acid in asprin and the residual preservative in the fruits and vegetables.Accoding to methodology study,in a certain concentration range,the intensity of concentration and intensity showed a goodlinear relationship,the recovery range was from76.3to105.5%,with the relative standarddeviations was between0.97%to5.71%. Conculusion:The method of solid-phaseextraction gradual separation is fast,easy and efficient.It is provided a new theoreticalfoundation for the diverse and fast,easy,efficient sample preparation.At the sametime,online(separation)and detection instrument developed by the group was achieved therapid detection of residual preservatives in fruits and vegetables and free of impurities inmedicines, Accoding the online(separation)detection instrument detection results isconsistency with the conventional detection equipment testing,it is provides the theoreticalbasis of the applicability,practicality and reliability.
