This thesis focuses on the key problem in high temperature conditions corrosion inhibition are easy to coked, layering and performance is not quite stable shortcomings, Three pesticides acidizing corrosion inhibitors were synthesized indoors, investigated the best synthetic conditions of the pesticides, The structure of the pesticides is indicated by using infrared spectrum. To corrosion rate as the inspection index, through formulated experiment and screening, finally obtained a new type of high temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitors which have highly effective and the excellent dissolved disperser performance.The three kinds of corrosion inhibitors properties was studied by methods of weight-loss, examine some factors of affecting its corrosion resistant performance. The results show that: three pesticides have good corrosion resistant performance and dissolve dispersing capability in acid. The propaganda order of corrosion effect was quinoline quaternary ammonium salt best, followed by mannich base corrosion inhibitors, the last is imidazole quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitors. Through a serious of experiments to determine pesticides dosage and formulation ratio, eventually get a formula of high temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitors, the percentage of pesticides B, pesticides C, propiolic alcohol, potassium iodide, cuppous chloride was15:15:8.5:0.5:1.0. With the high temperature and high pressure dynamical corrosion tester Evaluation method, the effects of inhibitor added amount, corrosion temperature and hydrochloric acid concentration on corrosion rate were investigated. According to the oil and gas industry standard SY/T5405-1996requirements of dissolution dispersity, this thesis evaluates the compatibility and dispersity of synthetical products and acid. The experimental results demonstrate that corrosion inhibitors have many advantages such as highly effective, acid-proof, heat-resisting and stability. It does not only apply to the hydrochloric acid and gelled acid acidizing treatments, but also applicable mud acid acidizing treatments. When mixed with other additives of good compatibility, without phenomenon Layered and precipitation appear, meet the standard stipulated of the commodity corrosion inhibitors requirements.The action mechanism of corrosion inhibitor was discussed preliminary through electrochemistry polarization curve methods, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technique, scanning election microscopy and election diffraction spectrometer. The results of analysis show that all of the corrosion inhibitors can form relatively complete adsorption membrane on the N80pieces of steel surface, achieve the purpose of protective metal corrosion. Meanwhile, Mannich base corrosion inhibitor could mainly control cathode process, it belongs to the mixed corrosion inhibitor, quinoline and imidazole quaternary ammonium salt and the high temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitors could mainly control anode process, also the high temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitors is satisfied Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation theory, and the mechanism was mainly geometrical overlay effect.
