A Xinjiang condensate gas field belongs to abnormal high temperature, high pressure condensate gas field, the oil gas gathering system using "carbon steel + inhibitor" anticorrosion technology, in view of the characteristics of gas condensate field, if the water conditions, the pipeline will be faced with the crisis more serious corrosion, how to effectively guarantee the safe operation of the condensate gas field has become urgent to solve the problem of production management department. Therefore, CO2 corrosion mechanism and corrosion degree of how to understand correctly the condensate gas field, take anticorrosion measures what, is very important for the normal production and operation, the condensate gas field. With the condensate gas field with CO2 oil and gas continuous discovery and exploitation of oil and gas gathering pipeline, corrosion perforation will more and more, it is imminent to find corrosion measures can effectively inhibit CO2 corrosion.In order to solve the problem of high temperature, high pressure, CO2 corrosion environment in oil and gas gathering pipeline corrosion problem, the thesis is divided into three aspects: first, using the material failure in battle ground, factors of its corrosion was analyzed, the corrosion of steel tubes with different materials in CO2 environment; second,selection L360, L415 two carbon steel line, using high temperature high pressure simulation experiment, the overall corrosion rate of weight loss method; third, through the high temperature and high pressure simulation experiment to test the water-soluble and oil soluble corrosion inhibition properties of inhibitor, and water soluble 3 inhibitors were screened and evaluated. Through the experiment, pipeline medium temperature at 6570℃ condensate gas oil and gas gathering and the coagulation, DW3 water soluble corrosion inhibitor at the concentration of 200 mg/L vapor phase inhibitor effect is very good, the liquid also has some inhibition effect. For the oil and gas gathering pipeline, recommend the use of filler concentration of corrosion inhibitor can ensure that the oil and gas gathering pipeline corrosion rate less than 0.076mm/a for the 200 mg/L, which can reduce the corrosion rate ofthe oil and gas pipeline effectively.
