3,6-(bis-isopentyloxy) phthalonitrile is synthesized with3,6-(dihydroxy) phthalonitrileand it is characterized by IR spectra and1H NMR. Four kinds of metal phthalocyanines comp-lexes α-(isopentyloxy) phthalocyanine zinc(cobalt, nickel, copper) are synthesized. They arecharacterized by IR spectra, DTG, Element analysis and UV-vis absorption spectra.α-(isopentyloxy) phthalocyanine zinc(cobalt, nickel, copper) are supported in the superc-age of mesoporous silica SBA-15and MCM-41by using immersion method, producing ZnPc/SBA-15, CoPc/SBA-15, NiPc/SBA-15, CuPc/SBA-15, ZnPc/MCM-41, CoPc/MCM-41,NiPc/MCM-41, CuPc/MCM-41. They are characterized by IR spectra, SEM and N2asorption.The different UV-vis absorption spectra of phthalocyanine concentration, central ion andsolvent are studied. Experimental date results show that absorbancy is increasing with phthal-ocyanine concentration. In the same solvent, the central ion is different, λmaxis different. Indifferent solvents, λmaxfollows certain rules.At (20±1)℃, pH=11and in the oxygen atmosphere, the catalytic properties ofcomposit-es are examined for mercaptoethanol liquid. The experiment results indicate every assemblyhave good catalytic property, the catalyst of different metal phthalocyanine assembly has diff-erent catalytic rate. The catalytic rate of MPc/SBA-15shows a certain regularity, CuPc/SBA-15>CoPc/SBA-15>NiPc/SBA-15>ZnPc/SBA-15. The quality of catalysts increses, but cataly-tic rate not all along with increased. CuPc/SBA-15and CuPc/MCM-41have good catalyticproperties, CuPc/SBA-15>CuPc/MCM-41.In different temperatures, the catalytic rates of CuPc/SBA-15and CuPc/MCM-41are st-udied for mercaptoethanol liquid and recycle. The experiment results show that catalytic ratesare increasing with the rise of temperature. CuPc/SBA-15shows a good and stable catalyticrate, the chemical reaction meets the Allen uz formula and it is a heat reaction, the activetionenergy of the CuPc/SBA-15and CuPc/MCM-41are calculated. Two kinds of catalysts bothcan recycle, the effect of CuPc/SBA-15is better than the other.The catalytic properties ofCuPc/MCM-41loses in the fifth time.
