The two-phase flow exists widely in petroleum, chemical, energy and many other industries. The measurement of two-phase flow is very important to the production of petroleum industry. This paper proposes16kinds of sampler for Cyclone-type wall forms. Experimental study has been taken with the sampling distribution properties of the water-gas two-phase flow through the samplers.Using existing models to analysis the experimental results,it can be find that how various factors affect the specific performance sampler sampling. The formulas derived from the models have showed the factors that affect the distribution characters and how they work. Finally, a comparison has been take to select the most suitable sampler form for the practice production of oil-gas two-phase flow. At the end of the paper there is a practise using example.Sampling is in the form of small holes on the wall, the16samplers have the same hole diameter while they have different number of holes and angle between the fluid flow lines and the hole axises. After the samplers structure has been fixed, then start to test the air-water flow on experimental loops. It is find that the sampling quantity of gas and liquid two-phase flow is contried by the main quantity of test fluid, the number of holes, the flow pattern and so on. Using both of the momentum balance and annular flow distribution characteristics models to analysis the distribution character, and it is show that because of the entrainment the actual distribution character is the result of lots of complex interaction of factors.Analysing the experimental results can find that the increase in the number of holes does increase the ratio of gas-liquid phase separation, but the effect of more holes is not more obvious, because the more holes the closer between the adjacent holes. And then the interaction between the holes will be more obvious. At the same time, the angle between the fluid flow lines and the hole axises do not bring significant effect to the distribution results.
