Nowadays, most of the old onshore oil fields are in the middle and late exploration stage,and the phenomenon of low yield liquid, high water cut and three-phase flow are common in the oil well.It is necessary to study the flow state of three-phase current, its flow rate and its rate in each phase.Because of the complexity of the three-phase flow, it is difficult to detect its rating which is a frontier subject that researchers at home and abroad are searching after.At present, the technology of direct measurement of the three phase flow in the production environment has not been developed yet, but the accuracy of the measurement can be improved by the appropriate separation and then measurement as following.The device relates to the technology of multiphase flow measurement in oil wells, which is a device for measuring the three-phase current of low velocity and high water cut oil gas.Use the oil gas water three phase separator phase flow measurement method, oil gas water three phase in the buffer can achieve preliminary layered, in view of the characteristics of each sensor, through the multi sensor information fusion technology for the identification of modal, the accuracy and reduce the difficulty of measuring can be improved.This paper use FLUENT software made two-dimensional and three-dimensional simulation on separator working state,compared different volume, shape, structure and the inlet position of the separator separation effect to determine the structure of the device, and it can also be used to predict the separation efficiency of the separator, ultimately confirm that the total three-phase flow is 0-50m3/d, moisture content is 60%- 90%, achieve the purpose of measurement. moreover, the prediction and analysis of the error of the phase holdup is carried out, and the feasibility of the phase flow measurement is verified by using the oil gas water three-phase separator.
