Research On Directional Intersection Technology For Oil And Gas Pipeline Crossing

To a pipeline project (cross section of the Yellow River in Henan Fort Six) as the research background, as the project is the first time through long distance(through the length of4490meters), directional drilling in the traditional construction process on the analysis and optimization, thus ensure the smooth progress of the project. The main contents as following:1, Through the analysis on specification method, unloading arch soil pressure, the net buoyancy calculation method, calculation method with a winch in directional drilling of oil and gas pipeline back to drag force calculation formula commonly used, the corresponding improvement of four methods to calculate a reasonable pipeline pullback force;2, The contact problem of engineering principles and finite element method was analysed, some typical contact finite element equations and solving equations were listed;3, The finite element analysis software-ANSYS engineering contact module was studied, their physical contact element and point surface contact method was analyzed, the results were analyzed by using ANSYS software to analyze pipe buried in the depths of the maximum force condition;4, through the results of ANSYS analysis, its program has been adjusted, the pipeline through the program was determined:through+butt+Directional Drilling deep foundation. And deep foundation design for specific studies and rainfall, to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction dockBy this study, the safe, effective and economical long-distance across the Yellow River’s program will be got for the future through similar projects to provide a favorable experience.
