Environmental hormone pollutants have been widely used in industrial areas, and it also has adverse impact on the human reproduction. Thus, it is greatly significant to develop rapid, highly efficient, sensitive and simple methods for the separation and determination of these pollutants.Four parts are included in this thesis. The first part is a review of the progress in the analysis of o-sec-butylphenoi and phthalate esters, some physiological function and their applications. In addition, the electrochenical analysis, CMCPE and the basic modes of CE on-line stacking also are expounded. Finally, the research content and working significance of this paper are summarized. In the parts two and three, the electrochemical behavior of osBP was studied on GCE and CoPc/CPE, respectively. Factors influence the determination of osBP with the two methods were optimized. Meanwhile, the reaction mechanism of osBP on two electrodes was preliminarily investigated, and the reference parameter of osBF on CoPc/CPE was calculated. The results were satisfied with these way for determining real water samples. The fouth part is focused on the investigation of three CE on-line sample stacking methods for PAEs. Three on-line stacking methods, such as normal stacking mode, reversed electrode polarity stacking mode, field-enhanced sample injection were discussed and researched for the analysis of PAEs. The sensitivity was improved at most three magnitudes compared to the normal MEEKC. So this work broadened the application of CE-UV method in the trace analysis. Among them, the methods of REPSM and FESI have been proved that they could be successfully applicable to determine trace PAEs in plastic bags.
