Sugarcane molasses glutamic wastewater is a high-concentration waster water, it contains many organic substance, such as protein, nucleic acid, pigment and amino acid, which are the main resource of COD. if they can be recovered from the wastewater, and make it become the high value-added products, it can cut down the COD enormously, reduce the pollution to the environment, it has important meaning on improving the molasses of monosodium glutamate wastewater comprehensive utilization efficiency and benefit, Reducing environmental pollution, realizing the cleaner production of molasses MSG and sustainable development of the sugar cane sugar industry. The issue is in the point of the recycling of the waste water, and finding a new treatment processes of molasses glutamic wastewater, recycling valuable material such as nucleic acid, protein and pigment from wastewater, it provides a theoretical basis to explore the new ways for managing molasses glutamic wastewater.1. First of all, using a variety of methods to determine the the main composition and content in glutamate wastewater.The main contents of research and the results are summarized as follows:the CODcr, BOD5, density, PH, protein, amino acid, total solid, suspended solid and ash are respectively3.54×105mg/L,1.05×105mg/L,1.12164g/mL,3.01,23g/100mL,7.75/100mL368.650g/L,11.434g/L,0.7012g/mL.2. Using centrifugal method to recycle bacterial proteins from waste water, determine the centrifugal conditions:the centrifugal time is10min, centrifugal rotation is5000r/min; under this condition, the bacterial protein recovery rate can reach2.83%. 3. The cell protein extracted from waste water is as the raw materials, salt, and alkaline autolysis ultrasonic combined with salination method was used,(1) By single factor experiments and orthogonal test to determine the RNA extraction. Experiments show that:the optimal conditions salt extraction RNA were:the temperature of extraction is90℃, concentration of NaCl was8%, the time of extraction is5hour, and Bacteria concentration is10%.(2) by single factor experiments and orthogonal test to determine the RNA extraction. Experiments show that:The optimal conditions ultrasonic method combined with salination extraction RNA are:The power of ultrasound is200W, the time of ultrasound is45min, concentration of NaCl is4%.3. Macroporous resin were used to extract pigment from molasses glutamic wastewater. The DM11resin was chosen using static adsorption, static desorption and dynamic adsorption to extract pigment, through the static adsorption conclude that temperature have obvious influence on the adsorption, Select PH Value4as the adsorption PH; through the static desorption conclude that ethanol is the best elution agents, its adsorptive rate is more than80%when the ethanol concentration is60%, PH value is8. Through the dynamic test draw the conclusion that the best adsorption flow velocity is5mL/min, and the best elution flow velocity is4mL/min.4. The pigment extracted from molasses glutamic wastewater has coke flavor. Dilute it with water till it clarifies, its color resolution is40000(EBC unit), red index is5.3, PH Value is4.96, This Pigment has good illumination and heat tolerance, Poor acid-alkaline tolerance, Antioxidants and reducing agent all have impact on pigment, which has not only the similar functional groups as single time of caramel Pigment, but also carbonyl compounds.5. In this paper, Studying on liquid membrane application of amino acids enrichment on molasses glutamic wastewater has been carried out. The factors affecting liquid membrane stability and wastewater treatment were investigated. Firstly the main components of liquid membrane system were determined, then six main factors including different carrier, the carrier dosage, the surfactant dosage, liquid paraffin dosage, membrane inward concentration, emulsion-water ratio are studied on the effect of amino acids enrichment by single factors analysis, when the total amino acids was2.6g/L, the best emulsion liquid membrane system are as follows:the carrier P204dosage is5%, the surfactant SP-80dosage is6%, the liquid paraffin dosage is5%, the membrane inward concentration is2mol/L sulfuric acid, emulsion-water ratio is1:5.Under these conditions the extraction of amino acid glutamic acid rate is as high as80%,achieving the purpose of the separation and enrichment.
