Raman spectroscopy is based on inelastic scattering spectroscopy. By researching the scattering spectrum which is different from the incident frequency we can get the molecular vibration and the rotation information, at the same time it can apply the study of molecular structure. By analyzing the peak intensity of the Raman mapping, the spectrum wide and the frequency shift we can get the changes of the molecular bond and the polarization ratio then analyze the structure of the matter.This paper is discussed the principle of Raman spectroscopy, application and characteristics. It introduces the influence of the frequency displacement of the molecular spectrum and elaborates the advantage of the Raman spectroscopy in analysis field. By Raman spectroscopy analysis it can know the situation of the material vibration and rotational level, at the same time study of the Raman peak corresponds to the Raman frequency shift by the specific condition. Through the experiment of zinc gluconate solubling in kinds of organic reagents the Raman detection have be done, according to the Raman mapping It can be observe the characteristic of spectrum. By the analysis of the measuring spectrum can reflect the changes of Raman frequency shift, Raman peak width and the intensity of Raman peak, I can research the performance with the different Raman peak by the molecular keys changing in solvent, research of the performance with the different Raman peak by the molecular keys changing in solvent, display the peak and molecular functional groups at the different wave, get absorption spectrum with the different molecules in order to analysis the information with the solute structure changing.
