The CaO-MgO-SiO2glass-ceramics were prepared by melting and crystallization method. The crystalline phases and the microlitic structure after heat treating were investigated by DSC, XRD, SEM and UV-Vis-NIR.In this paper. CaF2and P2O5as complex nucleuts can effectively promote CaO-MgO-SiO2system glass-ceramics.According to the result of DSC, the heat treatment schedule was founded. The main crystal phase was diopside (CaMg(SiO3)2) by XRD.The best crystalline temperature was885℃. and the grain size estimated by the measuring scale was100-180nm.The bestest optical transmittance can reach84%in the near infrared light band.The fluorescence spectra of Er3+doped (1,2,3wt%) CaO-MgO-SiO2glass-ceramics had the strongest peak value at1535nm. In Er3+-Yb3+co-doped CaO-MgO-SiO2glass-ceramics, the Yb3+concentration was increased at fixed Er3+concentration of1wt%. The optimum proportion was of Er2O3:Yb2O3(wt%)=1:4. The emission spectrum of Er3+-Yb3+co-doped CaO-MgO-SiO2glass-ceramics was improved, compared with Er3+doped glass-ceramics. The fluorescence quench appeard at Er2O3:Yb2O3(wt%)=1:5. |
