Er-Yb co-doped oxyfluoride glass-ceramics were prepared by melt crystallization method, the heat treatment were determined by the DSC results, according to the results of XRD, SEM and light transmittance, conclusions were fixed:main crystalline phase is CaF2, the grain size is between40nm to180nm, the grain were uniformly distributed, rare reunion and overlap in glass-ceramics system.The light transmittance can reach65%-87%in the visible region,70%-93%in the near-infrared region. The grain size becomes more larger when the crystallization temperature increased, the light transmittance of the samples is gradually reduced, the level of crystallization temperature to the light transmittance srelatively large in transparent glass ceramic samples.Er3+, Yb3+and Er3+/Yb3+co-doped were excited by980nm laser, the light spectrum of erbium ions has a typical emission peak at1535nm The result shows that:the fluorescence intensity was first increases and then decreases with temperature of heat treatment was increased. The light spectrum of erbium ions doped has strongest fluorescence intensity in heat treatment was the nucleation temperature600℃for1hour, the crystallization temperature was740℃for2hours. The light spectrum of erbium ions and ytterbium ions co-doped has strongest fluorescence intensity in the heat treatment was the nucleation temperature of570℃for1hour, the crystallization temperature of840℃for2hours.
