Heptafluoroisopropyl aniline-substituted phthalic diamidecompounds were designed and synthesized by using bioisosterism andunion of active group. The activity of those compounds was screened byusing the new pesticide biological activity determination standards inorder to obtain new active chemical entities targeting at ryanodinereceptors. The main structure and formula of the compounds synthesizedare as follows:Forty one compounds of heptafluoroisopropyl aniline-substitutedphthalic diamide have been synthesized in this thesis. Their structures were confirmed by means of MS and1HNMR and their melting pointswere measured. The synthesis route of Phthalic diamide andheptafluoroisopropyl aniline and its intermediates were studied. Thebiological activities of the target compounds were tested. The resultsshowed that all compounds do not have herbicidal and fungicidal activity,but have broad-spectrum insecticidal activity. very good insecticidalactivity on lepidoptera pests was obtained even at low dosages. Theactivity of compounds A2and B2is very high in comparison with that ofother compounds obtained. At the ethephon concentration of0.8mg/L,the death rate for compound A2to plutella xylostella is90%, and forcompounds B2to plutella xylostella is100%.
