Along with the rapid development of China’s economy, application field of welding machine forefficient and professional welders and new welding technology, welding method needs to stimulate thewhole industry development and technology progress. Welding technique realizes from SCR to IGBT,from normal arc welding inverter technology, from the general welder to professional welding,automatic welding, semi-automatic welding and welding robot, laser welding, plasma welding, linearcutting technology leapfrogging, etc. And, as the informatization process accelerated, the concept ofdigital welding machine is put forward and produce a corresponding welder, greatly promote theprocess of the digital welder.And as semi-automatic welding and welding, the popularization and application of the PMIGwelding because of its characteristics of high quality and high efficiency in various welding method,occupies more and more important role. PMIG welding can be in large current getstringbreak get shotdrops transition, axial sex good, small splash and adapt to the position of weld pool in welding, beautifuladvantages, greatly promote the development of the welding Technology. From the PMIG welder studyin order to improve the control performance, and welding further improve welding performance iscurrently one of the important tasks of welding technology.Based on the development of readers for welding of general view, this article first introduces theneed of welding technology in digital technology and the application of the development history,present situation and its development in the future. And then expounds the characteristics, PMIGwelding at home and abroad, and research status of digital technology and the welding invertertechnology in the field of combined, and in the light of the current profound influence at home andabroad, expounds the development situation of the research on this topic, and puts forward the necessityand urgency of the main research contents of paper.In order to design a reasonable PMIG welding control scheme, we first need to understand theprinciple of the control method. Therefore this paper melt drops from aspects of transitional behaviorand mechanism for this welding method in detail, in order to provide a specific idea of control process,and based on this, puts forward PMIG welding method overall control scheme, the optimal combinationwith double ladder outside the control scheme, and characteristics of the scheme implementationprocess described in this paper. In welding system, the paper platform respectively from two aspects of hardware and softwareinstructions. First, the hardware platform, this paper puts forward finally realize the overall controlPMIG welding structure scheme, the paper proposes the modular, dual CPU full digital PMIG weldingsystem. Design and realize the MCU+DSP Lord control system, and to realize the system needed bysome of its treatment such as power supply, sampling, communications, anti-jamming and other detailsetc. Secondly, through to the welding system software design, make sure the master program structure,realized digital controller algorithm, arc ignition and are-receive program, draw welder control systemsoftware flowchart, write software program and algorithm.In addition, reasonable design of excellent properties of wire device is to realize high weldingquality of premise. This article through to project the three more negative feedback regulating mode:namely speed automatic adjustment, the armature voltage negative feedback automatic adjustment andarmature voltage negative feedback cooperate armature current positive feedback adjusting the housinganalysis, determination by the armature voltage negative way with current positive feedback for speedscheme. By using power MOSFET tube and PWM pulse width modulation technique, design the sendsilk machine speed regulation control circuits, etc, and realize and control system interface.After completing the above welder software and hardware platform and wire circuit structures, thisarticle has designed after the test of its static characteristic and dynamic characteristics test, the testresults prove the correctness of the welding control design ideas and welding rapid response sex, controlaccuracy etc. Characteristics. Meanwhile, through this welder’s actual welding test, proving the welderreached the actual welding process desired performance indicators, meet welder welding requirements.Finally, this paper summarizes the thesis conclusions, and gives corresponding to the next designand test are proposed.
