The experiment strain is E.coli in this research, with the purpose ofinvestigating throughly of the sterilization mechanism by HPCD. First, got the bestconditions (25MPa,50℃,80min) of disposing by HPCD through orthogonal test.Second, the component changes in suspension were analyzed between before andafter processed by HPCD, combined with the SEM photos to prove the existence ofextraction mechanism and explosion mechanism. At last, the activity of H+-ATPasein E. coli were detected and compared between before with after processed byHPCD,combined the sterilization effective of HPCD to dry E.coli powder with E.coli suspension to prove the existence of acidification mechanism. The resultsindicated that the sterilization mechanism of E. coli by HPCD doesn’t take effect bysomeone specific mechanism, it’s affected by explosion, extraction and acidicationmechanism.
