Assembly is the most complex and complicated process among all of theproduction activities. Its implementation effect has an important impact on the finalproduct quality. A integrated management and control strategy based on real-timeanalysis of flexible assembly process factor and an optimization approach based onimproved genetic algorithm were put forward, on the basis of assembly line formachinery products integrated management and control theory, aiming at lack ofconsideration for the factors of manufacturing flexible in the study of static balanceof the traditional assembly line process, a comprehensive analysis of the Jointeffect of factors that affect the assembly line balancing and correlation between thefactors.Firstly, on the basis of analysis of hardware and software characteristics of themanagement and control integrated flexible assembly line, a balancing model of themechanical management and control integrated flexible assembly line wasestablished. And then, consolidated measure of unbalancing factors of themanagement and control integrated flexible assembly line, assembly number-theexpected time function l were established for the assembly process. Secondly, onthe basis of real-time analysis of balancing state from the management and controlintegrated center, an optimization model based on improved genetic algorithm wasestablished, moreover the improved step based on algorithm of dynamicpartitioning station and probability of dynamic crossover and mutation was given.Finally, As relying on the experimental platform of management and controlintegrated flexible assembly line, a balancing of system modules of managementand control integrated flexible assembly line to the differential assembly line of acar company was developed according to this method. And thus,the balancingproblem of management and control integrated flexible assembly line was solvedeffectively.
