With the amount of coal mining continued to increase, the increase of miningdepth, the security and stability of the roadway is becoming a big problem.In theexploitation of coal resources in China, supporting failure and even tunnel collapsephenomenon, which not only affect the construction progress and cost of theroadway project and endanger the personal safety of construction workers.Resulting in safe and effective economic support program is imminent. This paperis based on engineering background of Lin Huan Coal Mine in Huai bei, think ofhighland stress, deformation and rock Earthquakes strongly buried roadway supportthe key scientific issues in survey analysis. Based on the actual situation of Linhuan mine in Huai bei, coal seam characteristics and dissection of the soft rock,respectively, several supporting technology in-depth discussions, and use acombination of successfully applied to the Huaibei Linhuan mine roadway support.The main contents and conclusions of the paper are described as follows:1. Consider of Lin huan mine in Huai bei with soft rock convergencecharacteristics, to establish a three-dimensional finite element model, analysis ofthe displacement and stress of the underground inclined roadway gravity stress,pointing out that the inclined coal seam surrounding rock deformation and failurecharacteristics. Pointed out that the inclined roadway should pay attention to thesoft rock at the roof, floor and other key parts of the support, at the same time,weshould pay attention to prevent the generation of the kick drum phenomenon.2. On the basis of the oretical analysis and research, several support programssuitable Huai bei Lin huan mine, and using numerical models to determine thesupporting performance of the various support programs. Carried out the numericalsimulation of several support programs,discussing these support scheme on theactual roadway supporting effect, got certain regularity.3. By using the finite element analysis program ANSYS, analysis thedeformation characteristics of roadway under the influence of inclined coal and softrock.The tunnel roof, both directions and corner should be used as a key componentof the roadway support, analysis of the roof settlement, the plastic zone, the stressdistribution and other characteristics under various support parameters.This study to overcome some defects and difficulties in ANSYS of analysis ofnonlinear problems. Deep roadway support increased by the engineering analogy tonumerical model calculations, laid the foundation for underground inclinedroadway, it will play a major reference in excavation and support of Lin huan coal mine in Huai bei.
