With the needs of full mechanized mining technology of modern mine to largesectional roadway and soft rock influences the support of roadway when the coalmining shifted from the exploitation of shallow to deep mining, making the difficultyof roadway support is increasing, and a serious impact on the safety of coal mineproduction.In this paper, based on the reference to the domestic and overseas soft rockroadway both in the theory and techniques, used comprehensively of field research,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods, combined with the actualsituation and tunnel surrounding rock deformation and failure mechanism and factoranalysis of the changcun coal mine21122fully mechanized caving face, given thelarge section soft rock roadway supporting design.The chief content of this paper:(1) The method of combining the use of theoretical analysis and numericalsimulation to analyze the broken laws and the influence factors of roadwaydeformation of21122fully mechanized caving face. Which characteristics of softrock, geological conditions, the support body and the surrounding rock are notcoupled, and roadway cross-section size and shape has an important impact toroadway surrounding rock deformation and failure.(2) It takes aim at surrounding rock conditions and roadway deformation andfailure characteristics of21122fully mechanized caving face, the use of the nonlinearlarge deformation mechanical design theory, proposed the design of bolt-net-anchorcoupling support of the mining face roadway. According to engineering geologicalconditions of the mining face roadway in which to determine the roadwaysurrounding rock deformation mechanism, through the process of optimization ofcomplex mechanical deformation mechanisms into a single type of deformationmechanism.(3) According to actual engineering geological conditions of21122fullymechanized caving face and the mechanical design of nonlinear large deformationtheory and FLAC3D finite element numerical analysis software to simulate andanalyzing the gateway supporting effect with using different spacing, bolt length andanchor number in21122fully mechanized caving face in Changcun Mine. Thesimulation results demonstrate that the bolt-net-anchor coupling supporting methodwith the bolt spacing and pitching800×700mm, bolt length2600mm,3anchor cable could acquire approved supporting effect. Mine pressure observation indicated thatsurrounding rock deformation of roadway has been relieved, and achieves expectantresult.(4) Bolt-net-anchor coupling support in large section of roadway to improve theutilization rate of the section, percussive ground pressure control, ventilation,electrical and transportation of safety factor has also been greatly improved to ensurethe safe production and rapid advance of coal mining face. Saved the materials andmaintenance costs of roadway support and improve the operating environment of theworkers and relieve the labor intensity of the workers.
