Study On Evaluaiton And Construction Of Eco-city

A city as a symbol of human civilization and the carrier ofsocio-economic development，is a highly concentrated region of population，industry， finance， productivity， science and technology. Eco-city putsemphasize on harmony between humans、human and nature, thus to realizethe coordinated development of economy、society and nature. Such a citydevelopment mode is a smart thinking and choice as an answer to problemssuch as lack of resource、population explosion and pollution brought by thedevelopment of the urbanization and industrialization. Accordingly, theconstruction of the ecology city has become the direction of the modernurban development.This paper stands on the character of Hefei as the research object,carries on deep research ecological of it from three aspects of economy、society and nature. At first the paper theoretically analyses the concept ofeco-city construction and the current status of research around home andabroad. And then it discusses the status conditions, has made the analyses(SWOT analyses) to the Hefei ecology urban construction condition,discovers its ecology urban construction the advantage and the limitingfactor. On this foundation, the author constructs the domestic and foreignecology city appraisal target system research, this paper has set up theappraisal criterion of ecological environment of Hefei including3appraisalindicators of economy, nature and society, and selects24items that explainthem, puts forward the target value, probes into the Entropy method toweight each indicators and given with the way of synthetic index, from2006to2010these5years city ecosystem development condition conducts theresearch to the Hefei city. The result of study shows that the level ofconstruction about Hefei eco-city was steadily ascended at present, anddevelopmental pace of construction about eco-city is comparatively quick.The ecological was at a medium level form2006to2009, and it wasachieved a higher level in2010. However, the three subsystems of Hefeiurban ecosystem developed inconsistently, the comparison of threesubsystem’s development rate is as follows: economic ecosystem>social ecosystem>natural ecosystem. In the end, based on analysis and evaluation,the material tactic and goal on construction of Hefei eco-city are broughtforward, then the author puts forward the main content and countermeasuresform three respects of ecological economic, ecological society andecological environment for Hefei’s eco-city construction.
