DBDMH is a new type of sterilization agent, with the good sterilization effect, itis being widely used currently. In aquaculture, DBDMH has good results.in ponddisinfection, water prevention, disease treatment and so on. Because of the role ofbiological enrichment, with it kill harmful bacteria in water, DBDMH may have adifference degrees of toxicity to aquatic organisms in breeding object. In view of this,Inorder to investigate the toxic effects of DBDMH on GIFT tilapia younth, in this study, tilapia was used as materials, different concentration gradient of DBDMH solution wereset to study the result of the acute toxicity test, sub-acute toxicity test and chronictoxicity test, in the experiment, biochemical enzyme in the hepatopancreas activity wasdetected frome sub-acute and chronic toxicity test, and chronic toxicity test of liverpancreas tissue with slice observation,. The results are as follows:1. Study on acute toxicity of DBDMH to younth of tilapia.Acute test used semi-statict method with an experimental period of96h,In theexperiment, groups of6randomly selected fish were exposed to the equidistantconcentration gradient treatments including DBDMH concentrations at2.00、4.50、7.00、9.50、12.0mg/L and a blank treatment. The experimental fish exposed for24,48,72and96h,were9.63、9.37、9.10、8.93mg/L, and the safe concentration ofDBDMH is1.83mg/L. The experiment of fish has difference tolerance to the test fish.2. Study on semi-acute toxicity of DBDMH to younth of tilapia.Semi-acute test used semi-statict method with an experimental period of14d,In theexperiment, groups of5selected fish were exposed to the equidistant concentrationgradient treatments including DBDMH concentrations at0.75、1.50、3.00、6.00mg/L anda blank treatment. In the experiment, antioxidant enzyme in the hepatopancreas activitywas detected. The main results were shown as follows:In different concentration of DBDMH under the action of the solution tilapiahepatopancreas the T-AOC show a periodic change rule, The antioxidant capacity(SOD,MDA, T-AOC) on DBDMH existence with concentration and time effection.Under the1.5mg/L, increased with the concentration increased of DBDMH, its defense capacity increases gradually. Over1.5mg/L, increasing with the concentration increased, the bodyinjury increased gradually.3. Study on chronic toxicity of DBDMH to younth of tilapia. In chronic test, groups of6selected fish were exposed to the different treatmentsincluding DBDMH concentrations at0.36、0.45、0.60、0.89、1.79mg/L and a blankcontrol treatment.determined by LC50form acute test,at the same time, a blank control.In5、10、15、20、25days, five fish randomly collected form each treatment for the proteinand aminotransferase detection. The chronic toxicity tests results show that in the low concentrations, theDisinfection effect of DBDMH is obviously, the GOT、GPT、GOT/GPT、AKP、albumin、total protein、 albumin/total protein of hepatopancreas in tilapia are significantlyincreased; but in1.79mg/L dosage group, the value of each test index were significantlylower than those of the control groups. The results Show that liver damage occurredpancreas, the protein synthesis of ability and amino acid value transport capacity isreduced. The specific growth rate will tilapia and DBDMH level do regression equationfor concentration analysis, we can get the best growth of the DBDMH concentration is0.85mg/L.4. Study on slices observed of DBDMH in hepatopancreas of tilapia. In this study, we use H-E staining method to explore DBDMH on chronic toxicitytest of partial liver pancreas samples for observation of paraffin slice. The results showedthat: with the increase of the concentration of test, the hepatopancreatic damagegradually aggregate. The liver cell central venous congestion, sinus congestion, hydropicdegeneration of liver blood, fatty degeneration phenomenon gradually obvious.
