In china,2/3proven reserves of all the proven reserves is in low permeabilityreservoir, which has some features such as:large reserves, poor physical properties, development difficulty. Now how to develop the low permeability reservoir has becomeparticularly important topics.X oilfield with the permeability of8.8×10-3μ㎡,is atypical low permeability reservoir, which has the common characteristics of the lowreserves. In light of the current production characteristics, using engineering methods toevaluate the development effects and to do some research on the technical limits of theefficient development. And then combining the numerical simulation method to studythe distribution and influencing factors of the remaining oil.Well pattern adjustmentand further exploration measurements have been put forward and optimized. The following are the main contents and conclusions in this paper:Firstly, on the basis of production data, the policy limits of the development hasbeen researched and some evaluation parameters have been obtained such as: rationalwell spacing density, rational pressure, rational oil well productivity, rational injectionability, rational oil-to-water-well,rational ratio rate of oil production, and it is ready toguide the production in thefuture.Secondly, by analysis of the oil producing ability、the law of water cut and theevaluation of the well nets adaptability,it has proved that though X oilfield is in thestable period, the oilfield has low yield、low level of recovery and the low degree ofreserve use.Thirdly, making use of the numerical reservoir simulation to match the originalgeological reserves, the reservoir pressure, daily oil output, composite water cut andother development indicators, and the overall fit is good.and it has indicated that thenumerical reservoir simulation model is suitable to reflect actual reservoir conditionsand reliable to simulate the distribution of remaining oil. The simulation model can beused as the basic prediction model.Fourthly, combining the reservoir engineering and numerical simulation methodto study the distribution of the remaining oil, and it shows that the potential purpose of tapping layer is I22and I23.Finally, by comprehensive of the X oilfield, three sets of well pattern adjustmentand further exploration measurements have been desighed, and also the reasonablewater injection and liquid production have been proved, and then, all the programs havebeen forecasted and optimized.
