In this paper, the harm of carbon dioxide and the benefit to collect carbon dioxide are discussed. The traditional and emerging CO2removal technology, are also discussed.It points that single absorption has its own limitations in the membrane absorption process,it introduces the domestic and foreign status of development on absorption liquid.An experimental system was set up through the analysis of the relevant research. It mainly contains both CO2removal system and regeneration of the absorption system. the research of single absorption on changing the flow rate of liquid and gas, then using the regeneration system to regenerate the absorption liquid.Mixed MEA with TEA by the performance on the removal efficiency and he energy consumption of regeneration of a single solution.The performance of different mixed solution are analyzed in certain amine concentration. The reserach on the removal efficiency and Energy consumption of regeneration of various parameters were studied though changing the experimental platform of the various effects of parameters such as, ammonia concentration, the temperature of removal system. SO2and CO2concentration of inlet gas and repeat use of absorption liquid.Experimental conclusions drawn from the experimental data were as follow:A single solution, solution MEA removal efficiency of MEA is higher than TEA and the energy consumption of regeneration of TEA is ower than MEA solution; the removal efficiency is higher with the increasing of Relative concentration of TEA in mixed solution,while the energy consumption of regeneration is decreasing.;both the removal efficiency and energy consumption of regeneration are lower with the increasing of relative concentration of TEA in mixed solution,. the removal efficiency is higher with the increasing of ammonia concentration,in mixed solution,while he energy consumption of regeneration is decreasing;When the relative concentration (the concentration ratio between MEA and TEA solution) is3than has a best performance on the membrane progress; The influence of inlet SO2concentration on CO2absorption was low;The absorption liquid are used repeatedly, the absorption efficiency basically unchanged, whie the energy consumption is lower than the previous use of decline.It studies the parameters of regeneration energy of physical model and then set the the absorption liquid model based on the experimental data, Y=26.125B0.176725/A0.42231Where Y is the regeneration energy consumption, A is the load of solution initial, B is the relative concentration.It is almost exactly between experimental data and the performance on model.
