With the rapid development of modern industrialization,the problem of air pollution has become our concern topic.China is the largest coal producer and consumer,and about 70%of NOx emissions from coal-fired power plant boiler.NOx is one of the major components of atmospheric pollution,it can form acid rain,photochemical smog,and even threaten human's respiratory system diseases.Relatively mainstream denitration technology in the current industrial boiler flue gas is selective catalytic reduction(SCR)and selective catalytic reduction(SNCR),namely,under a certain temperature,adding ammonia or urea solution with NOx reduction reaction;But its drawback is that in the denitration process,there will be a lot of ammonia escape,and an increasing number of experts believe the ammonia form the air pollution.Therefore,the research about denitration technology of non-ammonia is a very important direction.This paper puts forward a new method of more economic applicability of denitration for domestic middle and small boiler,main research work and conclusions are the following several aspects:Firstly,use hydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber membrane as the reactor,build the NOx from simulated flue gas separation experiment device,the separation of membrane gas absorption system is studied and mass transfer process of NOx.Absorbent erosion is analyzed about polypropylene membrane,the result shows that there is interaction between membrane and absorbent can cause wetting of film hole,lower mass transfer performance of the membrane.Secondly,it examines the influence on absorption performance of different parameters,and discusses the use of the possibility of desulfurization denitration at the same time,and test the membrane stability of the system after a long period of time.Classic density functional theory was used to calculate the change after changing the reaction temperature and concentration of sodium chloride separation of NOx and mass transfer effect,the calculation results are consistent with the experimental results.Finally,it proposes a new technology of denitration that can be applied to the industrial application,and use the way of "first to complement,then focus on",and made the feasibility and economic evaluation on it.By comparing with the traditional denitration technology,this method can save the cost efficiency,have greater competitive advantage.
