As a maritime province, the location, resources, technologyadvantages of Shandong are prominent. In2009, April and October,General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward Shandong to build the generalrequirement and expectation, stressed the need to" expand marine economyenergetically, scientific development of marine resources, fostermarine advantage industry, building the blue Shandong PeninsulaEconomic zone" January4,2011, the State Council formally approved the"Shandong Peninsula Blue color Economic Zone Development project”(Country letter [2011] file), Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic ZoneConstruction ranked as a national development strategy. Dingzi Baybecause of its important location, good social and economic conditions,is listed as one of the Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone.The People’s Government of Haiyang Municipality draw up " Dingzi BayMarine Culture and Tourism industry cluster area regional planning ofbuilding the use of sea (Haiyang)".The planning of the Dingzi bay intoa light, environment friendly" ocean culture tourism industry gatheringzone", based on the marine ecosystem to repair and beautify the nearshoreenvironment, restoration of wetland ecology, appropriate developmentand construction. How rational use of Dingzi Bay’s valuable waterfrontresources, protect the Dingzi Bay marine ecological environment, tomaintain the sustainable development of the Dingzi Bay is one of themost concern.In Dingzi Bay planning changes the Dingzi Bay shoreline, and seawater hydrodynamic condition and shoreline changes are closely related, hydrodynamic conditions on the Dingzi bay environmental quality impactis relatively large. By studying changes in the Dingzi Bay Shorehydrodynamic, storage capacity of tidal water, sediment erosion anddeposition the impact on the sustainable development of the reasonableuse of the Dingzi Bay of valuable shoreline resources, and how to protectthe ecological environment of Dingzi Bay, and maintenance of Dingzi Baygive scientific guidance.In this paper, a two-dimensional tidal current numerical model ofthe MIKE21used in the Dingzi Bay. A numerical model is constructed, whichcalculation field is the sea area west of the line from Laoshantou toGulongzui. Through numerical simulation to obtain data of hydrodynamicconditions, storage capacity of tidal water and sediment erosion anddeposition of Dingzi Bay before and after the planning construction andthrough analyzing the effect of the planning. Finally, the comprehensiveevaluation of the planning scheme the degree of intervention andsiltation strength of the Gulf of the natural environment, the paperputs forward and optimized planning scheme.The simulation results show that the current velocity in mostplanning regions will increase after the planning implementation,especially in the middle waterway of Dingzi Bay. During flood tide period,the increment of current velocity near the mouth of waterways is themost with more than0.48m/s, while the maximum increment of ebb tideoccurs near Mahe Port Bridge in0.54m/s or more. However, the velocitychanges little in the area outside the Bay.With respect to tidal prism, it will increase by42.33%in theconnection line of Hai-Ji Bridge,34.11%in the connection line ofDingzizui to Kaolaodao, and by1319.87%in Mahe Port Bridge connectionline. Dingzi Bay planning greatly improved hydrodynamic conditions, and increase the storage capacity of tidal water of the Dingzi bay.Dredging process to enhance the waterway hydrodynamic conditions inthe Bay, near Bay waterways erosion tendency, early retirement but alsothe sea formed the wetland restoration area, siltation trends weakerhydrodynamic conditions after the project.After the planning scheme optimization, the Tuonanzui in the westside of Hai-ji Bridge widening, flow rate within the Bay with theoriginal scheme slightly increases, the greater sphere of influence,a slight increase in the Tuonanzui at the shoreline erosion situationweakened in favor of the construction projects and shorelinemaintenance. Siltation of the artificial island surrounded by weakened,especially around the two artificial islands in the eastern wetland,artificial island construction and maintenance of late. Siltationcondition of the wetlands improved.Therefore the planning is in favor of water exchange of Dingzi Bayand the open sea. The water quality ecological environment in DingziBay will also be improved as well.
