The good ecological environment is the human survival foundation, is also thebasic condition which the human sustainable development relies on, while the mineralresource is the important material base for the existence and development of thehumanity.The coal takes our country’s primary energy, its exploiting, processing anduse promoting socio-economic development, while has caused many kinds ofecological environment question.This paper researches on Liliang Dian mine in Henan province, and combinedwith field investigation in this mine, the first hand information about environmentalbackground of exploitation of the mine, current situation of exploitation of the mine,geological problems and so on could be get. Through study and analyze the availableinformation, and according to the survey data of ecological environment and siteecological that related to this mine, the current environmental quality could beevaluated. Based on coal mining industry’s influence on ecological environment,specific assessment on destruction to the water resource, air pollution, noise effect andso on could be made. It also analyzes ecological environment problem caused by coalmining and brings forward some corresponding ecological countermeasures, mainlyfrom the mining district’s ecological environment, atmosphere, water, noise, surfacesubsidence and so on.
