Research On Evaluation Of Environmental Influence On Ningzheng Mining Area Planning

The environmental pollution has become one of the difficult problems in the development of coal industry,the protection and governance of coal resources development in the mining area has become the focus of the development planning of coal enterprises.Ningzheng mining area in the development of energy industry,because of the fragile ecological environment,environmental carrying capacity is limited,will inevitably have a significant impact on its ecological environment.In order to promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the whole mining area,the environmental impact assessment of mining area planning needs.Based on the relevant norms and requirements in the technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment of coal mining area planning,this paper analyzes the mining planning and new environmental protection requirements(including laws,regulations,relevant planning and environmental protection),and systematically considers the dual characteristics of ecological impact and pollution.Combined with the conditions of regional economic and social environment of Ningzheng mining area,the environmental prediction and evaluation index system,the relationship analysis,screening evaluation factors,according to environmental impact factors analysis and environmental impact identification,combining the main content and development activities,planning and environmental background survey,the meaning and calculation method of main index,using individual evaluation method.The weights of each influence index of planning environment are determined by analytic hierarchy process.With the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a comprehensive plan ning mining area environment comprehensive evaluation shows that the environment has little influence on the planning and implementation of mining area.At the same time,planning environmental impact factors affecting the index of ecological environment prediction and evaluation can be obtained,surface subsidence,surface water,groundwater,atmospheric environment,solid waste environment,and finally gives the scheme optimization adjustment measures.
