In this experiment, Chosen orthogonal experimental design to study the alcoholconcentration, leaching temperature and solid liquid ratio of the extract of garlic oilcontent in order to determine Jiaoyou garlic oil extraction process (the alcoholconcentration range of55-95%, leaching temperature range is60-80℃, solid-liquidratio varies in the range1:3-1:7.), according to the theory of orthogonal experimentaldesign, get on better process preparation of garlic oil parameters. This paper gets onbetter test program:95%alcohol concentration, leaching temperature80℃, solid-liquid ratio1:7, garlic alliin content of0.2974%.The adoption of the obtained initial orthogonal optimization process, based ononly one factor to change the value, and fixed the value of the other three factors, theapplication of the established BP neural network model to simulate the applicationof BP neural network to fully tap the test data, the establishment of BP neural networkmodel, through simulation, evaluation and optimization, combined with the actualproduction, access to the optimization of the extraction process as follows:75%alcohol concentration, solid-liquid ratio1:7extraction temperature76℃. From themodel simulation and experimental validation results, optimize the extraction processof the application of garlic oil content (0.3099%) than orthogonal test results(0.2974%), and cost savings, reduced energy consumption. That artificial neuralnetworks and traditional methods of combining orthogonal experimental design andproposed methods of data processing is feasible.Finally, according to Feng Danqing white ridges such as the establishment ofnatural anti-fouling barnacle product model selection,the use of polystyrene six wellplate (diameter6cm) to establish water extract of garlic,75%ethanol extract and ethylacetate extracts from white ridge barnacle Venus larvae inhibition system. The resultsshowed that water extract of garlic,75%ethanol extract and ethyl acetate extracts ofspinal white barnacle larvae of Venus inhibited the activity, suggesting that garlic inthe marine pollution in the application and development of great potential for findingnew materials, environmentally friendly marine antifouling and provides a theoreticalbasis for further study.
