Firstly, methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)(mPEG) makes the lactide to open ring and generates mPEG-PLGA in this paper, the syntheticing polymer was with hydroxy carboxylic group on the end, and the carboxyl was activititied. Finally, It was grafted by collagen fragments, and the polymers were grafted with the collagen fragments were characterized by Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Nuclear magnetic resonance(’H-NMR), experiment of the graft copolymer shows that mPEG-PLGA was grafted significantly by the Dcol.This paper makes the polymer that grafted with collagen fragments into micelles, were characterized by the Critical micelle concentration(CMC), The experiment shows that Critical micelle concentration is5×10-6g/ml, and Dynamic light scattering (DLS)shows that diameter is150nm, were observed by ESEM, finally proves that mPEG-PLGA-Dcol can form staby micelles. In this paper, polymeric micelle encapsulated rifampicin that the drug can be solubled in the oil, then make the studied with drug control release and entrapment efficiency.The experiment proves that compared with mPEG-PLGA, mPEG-PLGA-Dcol can increase entrapment efficiency, and have not sudden release.In addition, The electrostatic spinning that admixture blended the IPA-PLA with IPA-PLGA-Dcol is studied. The experiment shows that admixture can spin the fiber having uniform diameter. And the admixture was characterized by thermogravimetric(TG), the admixture appended IPA-PLGA-Dcol have not change thermodynamics property.
