The most suitable superhydrophobic surface and the best parameters of separation emulsion were found by synthesizing spider silk one-dimensional fibers by electrospinning machine.Of textile fiber the results with the single material to have no effect on emulsion,even not shaped filiform,so need to choose two kinds of material surface can differ big,should also consider the cost price in the commercial application and environmental problems,and lastly,polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)and polystyrene(PS),and the droplets in the polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)on the contact Angle than in polystyrene(PS)surface energy,so choosing polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)as a spindle silk,polystyrene(PS)for spindle knot,directional move such droplets can directional spindle,the surface roughness should be addedDryness to achieve the separation of smaller particles of oil and water.The droplet on the one-dimensional fiber of spider silk is at the point of spindle and spindle junction,half of which is in contact with the spindle and the other half is in contact with the spindle junction.The contact Angle with the spindle is the forward contact Angle of the droplet,while the forward contact Angle with the droplet is the backward contact Angle of the droplet.The difference between the forward contact Angle and the backward contact Angle is the lag behind the contact Angle.The lag behind the contact Angle generates the driving force.Because of contact with the spindle fiber curvature radius is smaller than the radius of curvature of contact with the spindle,the smaller the radius of curvature,are as big as the force,the stress area is small so the energy than contact with the spindle and the other half of the droplets by the energy of the big,according to the law of conservation of energy on the small side of the energy will produce kinetic energy,so as to break the droplet motion state.By changing the parameters of the electrospinning machine and the concentration of the solution,the shape and size of the spindle knot and the spindle yarn were adjusted to improve the effect and performance of oil-water separation.The particle size of emulsion is smaller than that of oil-water separated solution,and it is also more difficult to separate,because emulsions are divided into oil-water and oil-water,and the surface properties of emulsions are oil and water respectively,so emulsions are particularly difficult to separate.Simply imitating spider silk with one-dimensional fibers is not enough to separate the emulsion,so the performance of the spindle knot needs to be increased.By adding silica,which is much smaller than the diameter of the spindle knot,the roughness of the spindle knot can be increased.Material is hydrophobic material,so the oil will spread in fiber,because the surface coarse degree does not affect the surface hydrophobic properties,so the water droplets in imitation of a spider silk fibers on the contact Angle is still greater than 90 degrees in hydrophobic state,multiple small water droplets can get together and become a big water,oil and water particle is bigger,just simple into oil and water layers,it can be more easy to split emulsions.The emulsion can be separated on the basis of collecting fog beads.
