End-funcitionalized poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM) with Cholesterol group was synthesized by Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP),using2-chloropropionate cholesteryl as initiator;Synthesized by radical polymerization with a small amount of silane coupling agent3-(methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxysilane(TMSPMA) of the copolymer poly[N-isopropylacrylamide-co-3-(methacryloyloxy)propyl trimethoxysilane[P(TMSPMA-co-NIPAM)].Then by adding a certain amount of rare earth Europium(Ⅲ) ion and small molecule ligands thenoyltrifluoroacetone(TTA),prepared Eu(Ⅲ)-PNIPAM-TTA and Eu(Ⅲ)-P(TMSPMA-co-NIPAM)-TTA rare earth polymer complexes. Were prepared by co-precipitation of magnetic nanoparticles and dispersed in the synthesis of the polymer solution, obtained fluorescent magnetic polymer microspheres. The obtained polymers and fluorescent magnetic polymer microspheres were characterized by all sorts of testing technology measurements. The results show that:Synthesis of relatively low polydispersity(PDI<1.249) of temperature-responsive polymer; The rare earth polymer showing excellent fluorescence performance at613nm;Fluorescent magnetic polymer microspheres in the diameter range of10-50nm,with Excellent dispersion and clear core-shell structure.
