Cardo polyetherketone (PEK-C) is a new semi-crystalline aromatic thermoplastic engineering plastic with high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, dimensional stability, etc. Not only for the development of China’s aerospace industry, PEK-C has made contribution, and more widely used in electronic appliances, automobile manufacture and other industries.In recent years, PEK-C nanofiltrational membrane as a function of preparation of hydrophilic material has caused widespread concern.In this dissertation, two new cardo polyetherketone was designed and synthesized, we used formaldehyde, hydrochloric acid and phenolphthalein in different pH environments of low-temperature polymerization, to respectively achieve a phenolphthalein base modify and chloromethylation, and then we used the newly synthesized phenolphthalein with hydroxymethyl phenolphthalein andmethylchloride,respectively,with4,4’-dichloro-diphenyl ketone, to synthesize two new hydroxymethyl and chloromethyl modified cardo polyetherketone. Then we synthesized the two new PEK-C by IR, NMR,GPC, thermogravimetric analysis, and we used two new synthetics samples to make PEK-C NF membranes, we grafted these two membranes with acrylic acid to product two new hydrophilic PEK-C NF membranes, at last we used the hydrophilic nanofiltration membranes to do some preliminary study.
