China is a large agricultural country, food is the basic protection of all of our acti vities.It is the most important material foundation for the masses. The safe storage of food is not only related to the country’s economic development in China, but also to s ocial stability and sustainable development. Food is the body of life. Due to the role o f respiration and pests in the grain or other microorganisms can produce water and hea t, and if not found to deal with, food will be gone moldy, resulting in losses, so the gra in of internal temperature detection is very important.Mathematical Model of Temperature Field for Grain is an internal temperature field st ructure of the grain. It can use mathematics method to get the grain on the inner tempe rature field simulation analysis, with existing data to construct the whole grain piles of internal temperature field. However, due to the complex grain internal environment, t here are many parameters and the mutual influence between parameters are interrelate d, so parameter determination is more difficult. It mainly relies on the experience and the calculated data inversion method. The inadequate Parameter estimation seriously a ffects the accuracy of mathematical model of temperature field for grain, the threat to the safety of the food storage. This paper is mainly the following aspects:(1)This paper studies the mathematical model of temperature field for grain. Based on the model analysis, it involves various parameters, and through the experiments of ea ch way of the relationship between the parameters is studied and analyzed, and the ap plication of particle swarm algorithm for the estimated parameter value provides the t echnical support.(2)Having researched the current situation of particle swarm algorithm, this paper anal yzes the pros and cons of various intelligent algorithms. And hybrid particle swarm al gorithm is applied to mathematical model of temperature field parameter estimation f or grain, to produce the optimal parameter values. And it will be compared with other parameter acquisition methods.(3)By using the mathematical model of temperature field for grain to structure the grai n inner temperature field, and the trend of the internal temperature of the grain will be forecast on the basis of available data.
