The Optimization Research On Urban Sewage Regeneration And Reuse

In the21st century，human is facing a lot of challenge，the most dominatingone is how to solve the shortage of water resources. Water scarcity has become theimportant factor restricting of the global economic growth and social sustainabledevelopment. China is a country facing severe fresh water shortage. Sewageresources regeneration and reuse is the effective way of solving water shortage andenvironmental Pollution.This paper analyzes the ways and tech-economic rationality of wastewaterregeneration and reuse，and discusses the correlation of treating technology, scaleand operating costs of reclaimed water. By analyzing the composition ofregeneration and reuse of urban sewage system, a critical distance mathematicalmodel which optimizes the urban sewage regeneration and reuse layout isestablished, comprehensivly considering the engineering investment and runningmaintenance costs of wastewater reclamation and processing system, sewagecollection system and reclaimed water delivery system. The model provides asimple way of deciding economic criterion between centralized and decentralizedfacilities layout, and decides the number of reclamation water plants, their servicescope and processing scale in given areas economically， scientifically， andreasonably. Take study on the application of urban sewage regeneration and reusebased on the Binhu district in Hefei. Combining with the drainage plan and status,optimize the layout of wastewater regeneration and reuse in Binhu district with themodel of critical distance, and put forward the short-term2015and long-term2020programming of sewage reutilization in Binhu new area, and analysis theirbenefits,which provides a useful reference for government decision.This paper also discusses the existing problems and reasons of urban sewageregeneration and reuse, and comes up with the countermeasures and suggestions topromote the development of our country’s urban sewage regeneration and reuse.
