The global water resources especially the amount of fresh water resources is very limited, China as the world’s most one of the countries that lack water, its water shortage situation has become increasingly apparent, and water pollution is more intensified the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources. The process of rapid urbanization in China, water plays a crucial role, even it determines the healthy development of a city can be sustained. Residential area as the basic unit of city and water body, one of the necessary for the conservation of water and seek alternative source of responsibilities and obligations. Establish of water reuse system in residential district is an important approach to solve the shortage of urban water resources, it also is the fundamental way out for coordination of urban water resources and water environment. Water reuse compared with desalination, long distance water transfer has obvious economic advantage, the sewage collected and meeting certain standards of water quality of water after treatment can be used in residential daily flushing and virescence, flushing road, car wash, and landscape water supplement and other purposes. Water reuse system in residential district the essence of the technical and economic analysis, is to compare the traditional water supply and water supply of the economy. Practice shows that water reuse system is technically and economically feasible,and in creating a good economic benefit, but also has a huge environmental benefits and social benefits.In this paper, combined with the status quo of water reuse at home and abroad, through the establishment of economic analysis of water reuse system in residential district of the evaluation model, take one district of Hefei as an example, compares the two kinds of different water supply scheme analysis, at the same time has made the related financial evaluation and the influence factors of optimization research. This article is divided into seven chapters four parts:The first chapter is the first part,it mainly introduced the research background and significance of this paper, the method of solution is put forward, defines the research object, and the theory research and application status on of water reuse at home and abroad are introduced and summarized.The second chapter is the second part, on the basis of clarify the related concepts, From the theory of residential water reuse system, the technology requirements and process should meet the explain the system. Then through the analysis of the essence of the research object, using the "cost-effect" evaluation method, on the basis of the analysis of two kinds of plan cost, expenses and expenses than as evaluation index, from the Angle of social evaluation, compares the economic evaluation model is established.The third part includes chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5, it is the core part of this article. Take one district of Hefei as an example, the analysis of the specific composition of water balance and cost, cost and cost-analysis superior to the traditional water supply water supply project in the economic plan; Then from the Angle of enterprise internal financial evaluation to select several evaluation index analysis of the feasibility of the project; Finally using the method of orthogonal test design to influence the village water supply scheme of economy factor optimization research, find out the significant factors and the optimal portfolio.Chapter 6 is the fourth part, through comprehensive analysis concluded that village water reuse system economically feasible technology, market prospects look good.
